Costco is welcomed but the apartments and townhomes will be another blight on the landscape with mundane typical architecture, cheap specs, high density. The traffic is already too much for the roads we have. The traffic study impacts provided is low. Where is the Lancaster County Planning Department, they continue to do nothing but pack in rental units everywhere. Where is SCDOT? Past the time for road improvements and time for Lancaster County and SCDOT to work together in advance and sync development and infrastructure to support it.
Might be able to sell liquor - including the super value Kirkland brand stuff. Can’t in NC

Why don't they fix the roads, add lanes, who needs Cisco or rip off trader Joe's. I would like less traffic jams.!
Yeah I’m moving to the area from DC and this would be great. The Costco in DC was across the street from me and sold alcohol.
