When 120 people are moving to the area a day, there needs to be housing and conveniences. It’s called supply and demand from growth. No one can stop that kind of progress.

Absolutely unacceptable plans that will just continue to crush the infrastructure of our area, with no appropriate of funds for of growth to our schools, police and fire services! The intersection of Shelly Mullins and 521 is already horrible, and the plot map show no additional turning lanes to alleviate the increased volume! Lancaster planning board is crushing us.

This is an absolute disgrace!! We moved here 18 years ago to be away from the congestion of Charlotte. We don’t have the roads or proper traffic signals to handle what we have now.

And, might I add, it’s killing the atmosphere and giving animals nowhere to go!!! Sad…..very sad 😞

I wish that Lancaster Planning board had developed a "Master Plan" and use it. Than allowing uncontroled development come to OUR area, regardless if it's needed or not. It apprears they have no "Long Range plans" for us, living near 521. All they see is tax revenue. Sad for us all.

I agree with the comments made. 521 has too much traffic now. All the town planners see is $$$$.

It seems the powers that be care nothing about the residents, and continue to build with no infrastructure to support all these people, businesses, cars, and traffic. Many of us moved here to get away from overbuilding and city life, and Lancaster County officials want to turn this beautifully forested area into another concrete jungle. What a damn shame.

We do not need nor want multi family housing!! We need nice single family neighborhoods where property is maintenance and not as transient !! Indian Land middle and elementary schools need to change access to and from schools getting traffic off 521 mornings and afternoons. There’s plenty of land around thise schools to fix that. I hate high ruse apartment buildings. They are ugly and transient and do nothing to add to value if properties in area
