We first announced last May that The Greek Grill and I Heart Mac & Cheese were coming to Indian Land. At the time, both restaurants had planned on opening last fall. Finally, both restaurants open this week! Read more about them below.
Also, received an insider tip yesterday that the land being cleared and prepped in the Promenade at Carolina Reserve which is managed by The Providence Group will be a daycare center. The center will be located next to the future Federal Credit Union off of Jim Wilson. More to come on that soon.

More than 30 York, Lancaster and Chester county property sales topped $1 million each in December. *A 63-acre property on Shelley Mullis Road in Indian Land sold Dec. 21 for $2.1 million. KB Home Palmetto bought the site from Wilson Family Trust. It’s between Charlotte Highway and Henry Harris Road.
Homebuilder gears up for active year in Charlotte market, with four developments set to start [O’Connell/Charlotte Business Journal]. A new-to-market homebuilder is set to break ground this year on four luxury residential communities that will bring more than 300 homes to the Charlotte metro area. The first community to break ground will be Weddington Glen, off Hemby Road near Providence Road and Interstate 485. Beechwood will then begin on Broadmoor at Marvin. That community off Waxhaw-Marvin Road will include 62 custom homes that range from $1 million to $1.5 million. Site development and home sales will begin in the spring.
