Located off U.S. 521 and S.C. 160, right next to the Red Ventures headquarters, The Court at Redstone promotes accessibility and ease to Ballantyne Village and RedStone Shopping Centers.
Leasing manager Celeste Chaton was kind enough to take me on a tour and share what this community has to offer. Chaton works for Greystar who is the management company for the property. “I learned about this community a year ago and immediately wanted to be the leasing consultant,” Chaton said. “I think people are underestimating how quickly this area is going to grow.”

I met Chaton in the lobby of the main building where she explained that the development, which will be made up of four buildings, plans to open the remaining three buildings in one-month successions. Construction is set to be complete by December 2020.

When I asked what makes this community stand out, Chaton quickly answered, “One of the biggest things is our square footage. We are significantly larger than the vast majority of apartments. Also, having an elevator in every building sounds like such a small thing, but a lot of the apartment communities in this area are walk-up styles and can be pretty inconvenient. But, mainly it’s just our community feel.”
“We want to create a sense of community here,” said Chaton as we ventured into the clubhouse that features a large kitchen area for entertainment. “We are in the philosophy that friends make the best neighbors and we want to establish those friendships with everyone.”
Chaton shared that her team was already in the beginning stages of planning fun resident events as well as a block party to introduce themselves to the area.
Next, we went up to the rooftop terrace (by elevator) where Chaton pointed out the planned community garden, makerspace, dual saltwater pools, and pet spa. She also explained that the community will have access to two trails for pedestrians and bicyclists.
After looking at the community areas, we toured a 1-bedroom apartment which was surprisingly large at 1100 sq. ft. The floor-to-ceiling double windows brought in so much natural light. Chaton explained that those windows are a feature in all their apartments.
There will be 260 units when the project is complete. Apartments start at $1,040 for a 644 sq. ft. studio and go up to $2,500 for an 1800 sq. ft. three-bedroom. See floor plans here, and scroll for photos and the full list of amenities.
