Indian Land welcomed its first Indian restaurant this week. Founded by four friends, the Indian Fusion Grill and Bar features authentic Indian cuisine as well as some fusion dishes.
The new restaurant is located in Cross Creek Shopping Center, taking over the old Siggy’s location next to West End Bagels. The property is 2,800 square feet and features a small outdoor patio.
The large menu is created by head chef Atul Pagare who has over 20 years of industry experience. The menu features breakfast items such as Dosa, Poori Bhaji, and Medu Vada, traditional beverages such as Chai Tea and Sweet Lassi, as well as Naan Breads, Tandoor meals, Rice Bowls, Curries, Makhani, Chettinadu and much more. The dessert menu offers traditional favorites including Rasmalai, Halwa, Jamun, Basundi, as well as Chocolate Cake.
