New assisted living facility coming to Indian Land next summer
July 8, 2021 | Wilson
Indian Land will welcome a new assisted living facility this summer. Sunflower Springs Assisted Living will be a 102-unit facility offering physical therapy, massage, nurse, beauty, library, and theatre rooms.
The project is being built from the ground up by Anvaya Investments. CEO and Project Developer Sanket Dalal described the future facility as "a community that provides the aging population a residence they can call home."
At the groundbreaking in early June, Dalal told CN2 News that Indian Land has a very unique location being so close to the Charlotte submarket. “It has grown by leaps and bounds over the last 4 to 5 years,” he said. “We see that growth happening for the next few years.“
Dalal further explained that a lot of families who are moving to the area are bringing their parents with them. Many of those parents require assistance in their day-to-day lives.
Sunflower Springs will be located in the Edgewater Commons Business Park at the corner of Lengers Way and Possom Hollow Rd.
Anvaya is a fully integrated real estate development and investment company. Established in 2019, Anvaya Investments develops and owns a growing portfolio of high-quality senior living (assisted living facilities), hotels, and other commercial real estate properties throughout the Southeast.
