New 60,000 sf medical office coming to Edgewater Park

Developers are quickly filling the void of medical offices in Indian Land. A 60,000-square-foot medical office is coming to Indian Land - in addition to two other medical office developments - The Link and The Arches.
After selling off land in the exploding area of South End Charlotte, NFM Properties decided to reinvest in another area with lots of potential - Indian Land.
The property group purchased five acres and will develop three medical buildings in Edgewater Park near Lowe’s off Charlotte Hwy 521. Commercial broker Sarah Dobroka Cooley shares that it is a great location with the two new hospitals north (Novant Health Ballantyne Medical Center) and south (MUSC Health’s Hospital ) of the site.
The medical buildings will be leased one at a time. “We are actively looking for tenants,” says Cooley. “An ideal tenant is someone who wants to open or expand their medical-related business in Indian Land although we are open to professional offices.”
The first building is set to be completed July 2023 with the entire project completed in 3-5 years.
