Hughes Floor Covering to be the first tenant to open at the new Gateway at Indian Land

The area’s newest retail center, Gateway at Indian Land, will be home to Hughes Floor Covering who will take over a large chunk of the building’s 18,000 square feet with their showroom.

This will be Hughes Floor Covering’s second location, the first is off Monroe Road in Charlotte. The family-owned company has been in business for over 40 years. Their offerings include carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl.

They plan to start moving in over the next couple of weeks and hope to open by the first of the year.

Gateway at Indian Land

Located off Charlotte Highway near Marvin Road, the freestanding Gateway at Indian Land is a desirable location. The Providence Group is leasing shop spaces between 1,500 and 9,000 square feet.

The building is 2 stories high and has parking in both the front and in the rear of the building. According to The Providence Group, over 39,000 vehicles pass by every day.
