County stays neutral on Indian Land incorpration + Nikki Haley to speak in Indian Land Friday
February 1, 2024
The Del Webb Library was packed this past Tuesday for the Lancaster 2040 Comprehensive Plan public input meeting. Attendees were very concerned over the strain caused by growth on our roads. They were also curious about the inclusion of a consideration by the County that Indian Land incorporate.
During the meeting County administrator, Dennis Marstall made clear that the consideration for Indian Land to incorporate will not be the county's role and that they will stay neutral on the subject. Marshall shared that the item will be removed from the 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
