Finally! We can’t wait to share with you a project that we have been working on for months. Introducing Untap Indian Land’s website!
We have created a home for our articles off Substack. We will still be sending out our free newsletters using the platform but now all articles will live on untapindianland.com.
In addition to a home for our articles, the new webpage features multiple resource guides and an events calendar so you always know what is going on in the area.

Fraud like at Movement Mortgage impacts borrowers and taxpayers: attorney [Young/Queen City News]. Indian Land-based Movement Mortgage has agreed to pay nearly $24 million over allegations that the company submitted false documents for federal mortgage programs.
Board OKs modified year-round school calendar for 2025-25 [Jones/Carolina Gateway]. Lancaster County School Board approved a modified year-rDround calendar for the 2024-25 school year, which will start and end a week earlier than traditionally.
Indian Land shopping center trades for nearly $34.1M in second sale since 2022 [Thomas/Charlotte Business Journal]. Promenade at Carolina Reserve in Indian Land has traded hands for nearly $34.1 million.
